Reconciliation

Bird house by Beverly LeFevre

"When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left and could say, "I used everything you gave me."

Today I reconcile with myself, with past mistakes and failures and with those in my environment.  Instead of pushing forward with a false sense of security and comfort and finding myself regressing to the same place, I will push forward with strong conviction, faith and most importantly, love in my heart.

It makes no difference whether a bird is tied by a thin thread or a cord. Still, it cannot fly.
